SAFE DELIVERY
All our packages are insured or registered .We always keep the postage receipts and your package tracking number on file for immediate reference on request.
Never hesitate to contact our staff if you have any questions regarding the progress of your order or the postage of your package.
Insured/registered packages rarely get lost and even if they do the post will compensate the value of the lost item or will pay for a replacement. This way you are always sure your money and order are safe.
DELIVERY TIME
European Union (EU) destination packages are usually delivered within 3-9 working days depending on the country of destination.
Packages to Australia and the USA usually take about 7-15 working days depending on the state of destination and their national postal service international packages processing/ handling time.
Delays in delivery caused by the postal service provider is something we cannot control or handle. Although rare, cases of irrationally delayed packages are a possibility. Sometimes packages travel to a number of irrelevant destinations first before they are safely delivered to the customer, unusually delayed, days later. These are the mysterious and unpredictable ways of the post office.
As a seller we don't accept any responsibility on such delays and our role in the postage process ends at the documented delivery of the product at the post office.
Yet we will willingly provide all our helpin lost item claims or tracking on items undelivered for more than 20 working days.
After that point the carrier is solely responsible for the package until the delivery to the customer. Any customer is committed to accept this condition upon purchase.
RETURN POLICY
All items to be retuned must be in original packaging and re-sellable condition.
Faulty items should be returned for inspection in order to be replaced with a new item.
Faulty/malfunctioning items within 10 days from purchase are replaced as soon as possible with a similar item if in stock or an item of equivalent value or are refunded.
Faulty/malfunctioning items with valid guarantee are forwarded to the main dealer to be repaired or replaced depending on the situation.
Refunds do not cover postage cost unless we are clearly responsible for the reason of return (e.g. we have posted incorrect item)
Items must always be returned in registered/traceable packages otherwise no refund can be arranged (regular mail gets lost frequently so we better be on the safe side in order to have a healthy transaction) |
